How is steel Square Tubing made

Square tube is a type of square tube shape, usually made by processing and rolling strip steel. Its side lengths are equal, and there are various materials to choose from. Square tubes are widely used in various structures. The most common material is ASTM A500.

Almost all the square tubes we use every day are made of steel coils. Have you ever thought about how this happened?

Firstly, cut the coil into appropriate widths based on the size of the finished pipe material. These narrow slit pieces are welded end-to-end into long strips.
